Here is some helpful information!

• Renters often request for a tent to be set up on the patio adjacent to the mansion. We can fit (up to) a 20' x 40' size tent in this area. We can also set up a tent in the lower courtyard areas for coverage during ceremonies, etc. We utilize proper anchorage in compliance with the park to ensure there is no damage to the surface area of the patio or grass.

• If the facility has been rented out the night before the event we will arrive around 5:00PM for setup. If the facility has not been rented out the night before we will arrive early AM for setup before the event. 

• Save yourself the time and trouble and rent linens from us. We can provide linens in various colors and lengths for all tables provided by Robin Hill as well as those rented from us.
